Our Team

Janis Gibson, President

Janis Gibson founded Luxury Villas International over 25 years ago as a natural extension of her seemingly endless personal interest in luxury travel, especially spending her holidays at villas. Not only was she a villa pioneer traveling through villas in Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean in the early 1980's, today she is at the helm as an industry leader.

Bob Gibson, Chairman

Bob Gibson, husband of Janis Gibson, has over 20 years of experience in the luxury travel and villa vacation industry. Prior to Luxury Villas International, Bob was the publisher of one of the first luxury villa rental property magazines, Island Villas, to exclusively showcase luxury properties in the tropics for purchase, investment, and rental throughout the Caribbean.

Bobby Gibson, Chief Executive Officer

Bobby Gibson oversees all executive,marketing and operational functions at Luxury Villas International. As a graduate of UPENN, his studies within the Wharton School and the Annenberg School included Mass Media Marketing and Statistics, with an emphasis on E-COMMERCE. Bobby has been selected to lend his expertise to several corporate advisory boards including the Vacation Home Expo and Expedia's Speciality Lodging Advisory Board. Recently, Bobby founded SandCastles.com with Bob and Janis Gibson. The company serves the unique need to provide fractional ownership in multimillion dollar estates throughout the Caribbean and Mexico. Bobby was also selected as one of the Top 25 entrepreneurs in Atlanta for 2011 by Business to Business Magazine.

Bryan Leblang, Chief Operating Officer

Bryan Leblang maintains the network of owners and managers that comprise the Luxury Villas International luxury catalog. A graduate of UPENN, his studies include Marketing at Wharton and Media Communications at the Annenberg School. An avid villa-traveler, Bryan has visited resort communities world-wide, including: Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Croatia, Morocco, Uruguay and the Caribbean. Bryan has worked with Deer Valley Ski Resort and headed up the opening of the Mandarin Oriental New York. Bryan now brings his love of travel and dedication to service to Luxury Villas International.

Stewart Caughman, Director of Sales

Stewart oversees the sales department at Luxury Villas International. A graduate of Emory with joint majors in Economics and History, Stewart has extensive knowledge of Luxury Villas International's collection, including over 2,500 villas worldwide. He is an experienced world traveler and looks to utilize his knowledge of the vacation rental industry to provide Luxury Villas International's guests with the most experienced villa consultants, ensuring that you may have the villa experience of a lifetime.

Michele Snakovsky, Director of Concierge

Michele oversees the concierge department, providing knowledgable insights, luxury service and memorable activities for Luxury Villas International's guests. Michele brings over 13 years of extensive travel industry experience to Luxury Villas International, including; faciliator of corporate travel for VIP businesses, leisure travel organizer, and extensive meeting planning. It is the concierge department's goal to ensure all Luxury Villas International guests an effortless arrival and a wonderful vacation.

Lynda McGregor, Controller

Lynda is in charge of the accounting department at Luxury Villas International. Her qualifications include over 25 years finance, accounting and management experience, with 17 years specializing in real estate and rental properties. It is her ambition to provide Luxury Villas International's guests with excellent customer service while ensuring the financial aspect of their villa rental is stress-free and accurate.
